Get These Right in 2019
(1) "A good beginning needs excitement, a good ending needs discipline". A good way to kick start a year is with enthusiasm and excitement, however, don't waste all your time basking in the euphoria of the new year, it's less than 364 days already. Life is too short to waste a second. Get on the feet, start working now, lest procrastination eats your time. Starting well is not as good as ending well; you need discipline to end well. Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments. Once you have commitment, you need discipline and hard work to get you there.
(2) You will not find a way If you don't know where you are going. "......Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it" Habakkuk 2:2. Don't roam around this year living visionless or without a goal. Your vision gives you direction. Get a vision board, write your SMART goals, and if need be, get an accountability partner to help you commit to achieving your set goals.
(3) "It's better to be prepared and not have opportunity than to have opportunity and not prepared". Don't plan to fail by failing to plan. After you have decided on your goal, you need to plan how you are going to achieve it. Luck is not being fortunate, luck is opportunity meeting preparation. Abraham Lincoln underscores preparation when he remarked: "If I had 8 hours to chop down a tree, I'd need 6 sharpening my axe". Don't be caught unprepared, always show readiness by working hard and working smart.
(4) Expectation is the mother of manifestation. Be expectant! Don't ruin all your efforts with a negative mindset, profess positively into your life if only to up your confidence and morale. Also remember that as a man thinketh in his heart, so it is. You have to envision and dream of yourself in your desirable successful state to fully manifest therein. However, don't be one of those people who only dream success, be one of those who get up every morning and make it happen.
