Invincible
PDP and APC are not invincible, but have only succeeded making other parties invisible.
I have always been left inundated whenever I hear people resolve PDP and the candidature of Atiku is not the solution, leaving them with no option than to stick with the candidature of APC, Buhari. No option? For crying out loud, there are over 20 young, astute, vibrant, if not intelligent standard bearers of other political parties, needless to say over 30, vying for the coveted presidency seat.
It is out of ignorance to think you lose your vote if you don't commit it to one of the two major parties. You have nothing to lose doing the right thing. Do not join multitude to do evil. That everyone is taking about APC or PDP is not a yardstick for you to give them your mandate. The culmination of bipolitical party is more defections, for the political gladiators know too well that to continually parade themselves on the corridor of power, just a deceptive defection to a promising election-winning party out the two major parties will do.
How they achieve this is not far-fetched, just vote buying. They have eliminated any threat that could be posed by the minnow parties, because they have money to share; no rice and oil to dash out. Who cares about your party without the money? You risk operating in oblivion forever!
Why should money become a criterion for winning election, as against credibility and capability of the aspirants. We have gotten it wrong in the first place. May I tell you it's not a crime to vote against the flag bearer of your party if you think he/she is not qualified by all standard to operate in that particular political office. We give them more excuses to loot the coffer of the government to buy our conscience and future.
Besides, PDP and APC have not only created poverty of needs, but also poverty of the mind. Citizenry, particularly the youths, have excruciatingly fallen for this decoy; they have been deprived of their ability to think and behold the truth. Even showing them where to look, they still see different thing. Stupidity is knowing the truth, seeing the truth and still believing the lies.
Statistics has depicted youths constitute the larger number of registered voters, we are the determinant of outcome of this elections. Don't expect miracle as long as you choose to sell you vote. Mortgage your future for just 5k, and I hope the money sustains you for next four years.
