I have to tell you about my experience yesterday at an event I was asked to speak at. My topic was on Understanding Your Career Trajectory, Beyond Your Degree My talk was about 30 minutes and I took about 15 minutes of questions. You own a genius. You were born believing you could be anything, do anything, and have anything. In fact, every child is born with a genetically implanted believe they are a genius. However, we doubt our ingenuity because we feel we are not good at everything. A genius should know everything, isn't it? This way of reasoning is nothing short of naivety; same way as Bill Gates, who said "I was so naive about different skill sets. I thought if somebody had a high IQ, they could be good at everything".
